Тема доклада: "Метаболомный анализ для обнаружения биомаркеров рака (Metabolomics analysis for cancer biomarker discovery)". В докладе будут освещены последние разработки и методические подходы при ранней диагностике онкологических заболеваний, основанные на изучении метаболомных процессов в организме человека.

On 29 August – 2 September, 2016 the Federal Research Center Institute of Cytology and Genetics of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (ICG SB RAS, Novosibirsk, Russia, www.bionet.nsc.ru) will held a 10th anniversary International Multiconference Bioinformatics of Genome Regulation and Structure\Systems Biology – BGRS\SB-2016.

Since 1998 the conference of BGRSSB series are held every two years. Highly qualified professionals, academicians and PhD students working in interdisciplinary field of modern bioinformatics, computational systems biology, medicine, pharmacology, biomedical engineering, biotechnology, plant genetics and animal breeding gather together in Novosibirsk Akademgorodok to discuss actual problems and modern issues of these science disciplines.

In 2014, Multiconference BGRS\SB-2014 was attended by 483 researchers and students from 27 countries. More than 300 reports were presented (abstracts are available at: http://conf.nsc.ru/BGRSSB2014/en/proceedings ).

Multiconference BGRS\SB-2016 will include the following research sections and meetings:
