Leica DMI3000B inverted widefield fluorescence microscope

Leica DMI3000B inverted widefield fluorescence microscope

DMI3000B Leica inverted widefield fluorescence microscope is equipped with long working distance lenses (Planapo x2.5, x5, x20, x40, x40oil, x63oil, x100oil). It is ideally suited to working with tissue culture plates and dishes. It can be used for phase contrast or fluorescence imaging of either fixed or live specimens stained or expressing a range of markers.

Semiautomatic fluorescence microscope DM4000B

It is suited for fluorescent, transmission and phase-contrast microscopy. It has a complete set of filters for green, blue, red, and infrared fluorescence. A special software “Leica CW standard” is intended to create a multi-color image, image density measurement, distance measurement between signals and selected fragments area measurement, etc.

Microscopy station of high resolution on the base of automated microscope Leica DMRXA

Microscopy station of high resolution on the base of automated microscope Leica DMRXA

It is designed for light microscopy: transmission, phase contrast, fluorescence. Completely computer-aided microscope Leica DMRXA is equipped with Nomarski optics, set of filters for green, red and blue fluorescence, high resolution digital camera and computer. Special software “QFISH (Leica Cambridge Ltd)” is intended for creating multicolor images, densitometry, measurements of distances between signals, selected fragments area measurements, etc. Also it provides a microscope control.
